what is the proper word for swagger if there is one..cause i need to know?

    Swagger is in itself a proper word but if you feel like you need a more sophisticated one try these:

    Sway, Brandish, Bluster, Saunter, Strut, Prance, Haughtiness, Stagger etc.

    If you are using the word SWAGGER to describe how someone acts when they have a superior attitude you could also consider other words such as -

    Confidence

    Bravado

    Self-assured

    Haughty

    Bluster

    Arrogant

    If you are using SWAGGER to refer the motion of someone's movement, you could also use -

    Strut

    Preen

    Parade

    swagger is a great word, and one i like to use a lot when describing how the cowboys walk into the resturaunt. :-)
