i'm wearing this dress with dark grey/brown leggings.
something simple so as not to take attention away from the neckline.

These would go great with the gold at the top.. it would bring a little shimmer to your feet, without taking away from the neckline.  Also (because Payless is the greatest shoe store ever, lol), they're only $20, which is great for your budget!
