normally you can tell just by looking at yourself, but i could feel it, like i could breathe alot easier and all. im not sure if that could put you in early labor, maybe but i dont think so, i went into labor at 36 weeks and my baby was fine, so either way your good.

You can tell. you will feel like your baby is just sitting on your blater all day long. You'll get tired, and feel hyper at the same time. 6lbs is great for a baby. Any heavier might be hard to deliver if you are petite. GOOD LUCK! and take the drugs!!

  • When the baby "drops" you'll be able to breathe a bit easier and the bump will actually be lower...but not everyone drops low enough to be noticable. As baby drops into the birth position you'll probably have to pee constantly!! Sorry about that news!

Heavy babies and light babies all come when they are ready to join the world...weight doesn't have anything to do with it!

    Good luck!

I never noticed a difference in feeling when I dropped, you might need to pee more since the baby would be closer to the bladder again.

A dropped baby will help you with dialation and effacement because of the pressure it puts on the cervix.
