It makes no difference if it's warmer or colder, ice melts or gets thicker - global warming can explain it all.

Let's dissect Bob's typical answer and see how it proves the point of the question.

You notice, he didn't say that more water might fall on dry places and less water on wet places. The obvious bias of their position is that they can only aknowledge the negative. As I have stated before, having one of these alarmists admit that global warming might have some benefits is like asking a fundamentalist Christian to say some good things about the devil.

Most of the links given in the list are to Blogs, those that aren't are to Internet news sites. There is not a single peer reviewed article linked or mentioned anywhere. Thus, I am compelled to laugh at anyone who takes your list seriously.

Well, we know that global warming causes both the heating and cooling of the earth, so no, there's nothing left not caused by Global Warming.

Plenty of things are not caused by global warming. And there are many foolish stories in the media.

But that shouldn't cloud the fact that global warming has many effects, some of which are not obvious. And they will affect different areas differently.

For example, most all scientists agree that global warming will substantially alter where precipitation falls. So some areas that get about enough rain now will see floods, while others see droughts.

JIM Z - It's equally simple math. 9 possibilities (places with too much rain, enough, not enough; gets more, less, or the same rain). 2 times you win, 3 times you break even, 4 times it's a loss. A few places win, more lose.

And the biggy is that places in temperate latitudes will see less rain. That's where most farms are located. Big trouble in store for Africa.
