Old fashioned, Victorian, somewhat "dark" names?

I'm about to start working on a story and was looking for some unique, old fashioned, somewhat "dark" names. They will be very eccentric characters. Some ideas I already have include:

Boys:

Edgar, Ichabod, Vladimir, Finbar

Girls:

Viola, Ivy, Ingrid

Any other ideas along that vein?

    - Annabel (Yeah, okay, maybe it doesn't sound dark at first but I saw the name Edgar and thoughtt of Poe's poem "Annabel Lee", which is a dark albeit beautiful poem)
