What is the best toilet tissue?

What toilet tissue do you use? I'm looking for something really soft because I have a delicate anus. I also has to be tough and keep my fingers from poking through. What would you recommend.

very weird question...but cottonelle is very soft but if you use too much as once it will clog up your toilet.
