You can get lots of really nice gifts for your wife, but I think she would like getting professional pictures done showing her changing pregnant body. These will be your growing families first pictures together! You can also start a time capsule for your unborn child together. You can buy one and have it engraved with your and your wife names on it. Another gift can be remaking your first date with your wife. Ask your wife if she's saved things from your dates over the years, and have some of those things made into a memory box. You wife is pregnant right now so planning a nice overnight trip right now will be great too, because you won't have much time for things like this when the baby comes.
