Does Green Tea aid WEIGHT LOSS??

Will there be a signifant differnce with the consumption of green tea and a clorie controlled diet or should i leave the 'fad' behind???

    The best, most effective way to lose weight and keep it off is to simply eat right and exercise. Good diet, minimize saturated fat, use monounsaturated fat.     Green tea had anti oxidents, some have caffeine and it helps to level your insulin level. Some say it is an appetite suppressant.

    No negatives. I drink it in the afternoon to help control that afternoon slump when I want candy and carbs and I believe that's because it gives me a little caffeine boost and helos with insulin...it works for me but everyone is different.

    Do I personally think it makes a HUGE difference in weight loss...no. But it helps ease my body and "tricks" my mind so I'm sticking with it.

    Yes it can but it affects some people differently. My hubby and I both tried it, I lost about five pounds..hubby ended up in the emergency room with kidney stones...doctor told him to stop taking the green tea..it doesn't work for everyone.
