Jewlery isn't always the best thing...try some traditional flowers with whatever you decide to get her. Get her something that really shows that you know her--not something mainstream. If you do decide on jewlery, make sure it's personal to her: her favorite stone, a meaningful charm, etc. Also, consider buying her concert or sports tickets to a favorite band or team and create a whole experience, rather than something material. Most girls also love a dinner out--dressed up. A romantic evening with dinner at a nice restaurant, dancing, a beautiful bouquet, and a moonlight walk beneath the stars would be the most memorable birthday...and think about it; you get to share it with her!
