Galactus is pretty much the most powerful being in the galaxy. and 6 times out of ten, the Silver Surfer will beat Thor. I think Stardust actually appeared in a Beta Ray Bill and they fought to a standstill.

I think Galactus & Infinity and Those guys are actually part of the universe. Infinity is the universe personified. So yes they would be stronger
