I can't find....?

Hi! I am doing an english paper on consequences of inadequate sleep and some of the health problems that are a result of inadequate sleep. I have to have an argument side as well, but I'm having a hard time finding arguments against sleep being tied to health problems. I need to find articles and such about how sleep "doesn't" effect health problems, but I haven't had very much luck. I've only found one.

If you know any or could help me in any way, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks.

I wish I knew where the link was, but I've found sites that claim that if you meditate for just fragment of the time you would be sleeping, you will feel better and have more time.

I think it's a bunch of crap, or I'd have the site in my bookmarks!

I don't think there is a good argument that sleep doesn't cause health problems. It's been proven that lack of sleep (causing one to fall asleep at the wheel) can be more dangerous than drunk driving.

If I find a link for arguments against the benefits of sleep on our health, I'll come back and post it.

    Good luck.

try a pshyc journal, they often have studies that argue both sides then tell you about the study and its findings. also if you use the bibliography of a study in the journel it may lead you to some good, reliable sources! good luck!

lack of sleep does effect your health. you're not going to find any articles disputing it.
