Indian people can be divided into 2 categories, from every aspect:

    -Minor Category: Not Hospitable.

-Major Category: Hospitable and very welcoming.

-Minor category: Educated and mannered people.

-Major Category: Illiterate and unscrupulous people with no attitude. This also includes gangsters, smugglers, contract killers, drug-dealers, theifs, a high number of corrupt cops, etc.

-Minor category: People who follow their religion and

-Major Category: People with extremely strong traditions and beliefs... They even bury-alive their newly-born female babies and there is an everyday avergae of 3000 babies being buried alive.

    etc.

India is a good destination for tourism, as there is everything you seek: From ancient places and temples and natural beauty to entertainment places and night-clubs and nude-dancing shows... etc.

Ah,. one more thing, my bf went there last years and he said that Indian girls are really really hot in bed...

Generally it is a fascinating place to live or holiday in, it has a growing economy and a growing gap between rich and poor, with Rolls Royce and ferraris being driven on the roads, past people who will never be able to afford a 400 pound Honda motorbike let alone a 500,000 pound car (after import duty). Personally, india is generally on th eway to becoming a very wealthy nation

it is a country whose main asset is people. the unfortunate thing is that life is so cheap there, and the deep embedded social structure and religious division are going to be the reasons why it will not become a serious contender in the world arena.
