I'd spend New Years with Angel from Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He could bite my neck, turn me into a vampire and bring the New Year in just right.

Spiderman. He could carry me up the side of a tall building and we could watch the whole party from above Times Square. (The big apple going down scared me for a minute in the first answ. because NYC is known as the Big Apple too, then I got it!)
