Resizing Photo Viewer window?
I bought a digital keychain from Brookstone and loaded the Photo Viewer software no problem but when I start the software, the window is too big for my screen. I have tried changing the window size using the computer controls and the window does not allow me to re-size it by dragging the edges. How can I get this to work? Thanks!
I'm not having a problem with the sizing of the actual photos I'm trying to load onto the keychain, well not yet, I haven't made it that far yet. When I start the Photo Viewer it pops onto my screen way too big for me to see all of it, so I can't download pictures because that button is hidden. I have contacted Brookstone but haven't heard back from them yet. Thanks for answering and trying to help.

Did you get a small instruction booklet with your purchase?
If you didn't you could ask the kiosk salesman at the mall where they are selling these device this Christmas.
Failing that log in to the mfgr's website(www.brookstone.com) or just
suppport@brookstone.com
and ask the support desk to tell you how to change device size.
Failing that why not reduce the size of your pictures before
copying them into the view finder. I suggest a picture size no bigger than 300k or even 200k which is almost thumb size.
Since you are at level 3 with 1600 points you probably are well versed in computer techniques of sizing photos.
However, if you are not, let us know and we can tell you which is the best photo sizer to use for your $39 device.
