you definitely want to wear solid colors, and nothing too bright...you mentioned it being an international company, i'd say that you can never go wrong with black...a nice black suit...i wouldn't go more than an inch above the knee, and a little longer is fine too...match it up with a conservative blouse that buttons down the front..and don't have any cleavage showing...or you can go with a pair of dress pants...jacket and conservative blouse...nice shoes are a must and clean and polished...simple small jewlery maybe small hoops or pearls or studs and a simple necklace...also, make sure your fingernails are not real long just a little past the tips and stick with neutral colors such as pecan or natural and definitely no reds..or stones on the nails..don't chew gum...maintain eye contact...and try to think of what they'll ask before you get there...two top questions...what assests can you bring to our company and why should we hire you, and name three things you liked and disliked about your last job (be careful with that one..you wanna make it sound upbeat and not like your a whiner)...also, companies are impressed when you take the time to learn something about them before the interview and many tend to expect it...good luck...you'll do fine

Conservative.
Wear a skirt below the knee with matching jacket. If possible, you can sit in the parking lot of the company to see what the people who already work there are wearing.
It might sound obvious but wear only clean, pressed, clothing. I used to work in HR and you would be surprised at how many people come in for an interview wearing something nice, but looking like the cat was sleeping on it. Details are definately noticed.
Good Luck

A dark colored professional suit with a knee length skirt and a conservative light colored blouse. Do not wear too much make up and not too high of a heel. Don't wear big jewelry or anything too flashy. Take a leather notebook and jot down questions you'd like to ask the interviewer.

Look neat and tidy. Maybe a suit - skirt and jacket, medium heels. Make sure your hair is tidy and be polite and smile. A secretary is someone who will be like a wife without the sex, there to help, advise and make sure the boss is left in peace when he wants to be. She also fends off annoying people, keeps his area peaceful and pleasant. Quite a job but with so much satisfaction.

Since you're applying for the position of a secretary and they often want secretaries to be very pretty, well-dressed individuals, wear a skirt suit with stylish shoes and a top with a pop of color.

A dress suit, either skirt or pant, in navy blue with a shell underneath, not showing any chest. Keep the jewelry simple, one ring, stud earrings. No perfume.

You could always go with a pair of pin striped pants that flatter you. They are a excellent alternative to the classic mini skirt, and are a comfortable solution to any outfit blow up! You could also do a pin striped skirt, below the knee, and a blouse. Wear a button up shirt with any of those bottoms. You could also wear a polo, or a fancier top. A classic heal of flat. NEVER WEAR THE FOLLOWING:
Sweats, screen tees, sneakers, or anything with holes in it, light wash jeans, and if you have to wear jeans one day, do a dark wash.

Oh this is perfect. i just got a job in that same field. I wore a nice skirt, with a blouse, hair down, heals, and looked sharp. You might not want to wear a suit~
I got the job with what I wore..i think you will be just fine~

Wear a conservative suit. I assume you are a female from your avater, so wear a skirt (not too short), stockings, pumps or mules, blouse, and a jacket. You should look nice, neat, not flashy. Make sure your makeup and jewelry are small and tasteful. Dress according to how the people dress there.
