I'm trying to lose about 10-15 lbs, but in a healthy way. What is the best way to achieve this???

I know to drink lots of water, exercise, and eat healthy.

Any other tricks of the trade?

Here is the situation :

A friend of mine is due in June. She got pregnant by a guy then gets dumps and marries someone else. She is still pregnant with her Ex's baby. He wants nothing to do with it and the her husband would like to sign the birth certificate of the baby.

Her husband (not the father of the baby) wants to raise the baby as his own.

Can he sign the birth certificate as the father? Does she have to list the real father? Does she have to leave it blank? What is the rule for that?

She lives in Washington State if that helps.

I'm getting married this Saturday. My family loves my fiance to death. His family is different though. They love to leave me out and just have their son only with outtings. I want to be included too and get to know them. They always just want him to come over and they leave me out. His brother only wants brothers days without me. What should I do?!?

I'm getting married in 2 weeks, and have a problem with my future brother in law. He doesn't include me in anything and he always asks my faince (his brother) if they can just have "Brother days" without me coming along and such. I feel left out that he does this.
