How do I make a countdown clock in Microsoft Outlook?

I am not sure how to make it with a clock from the calander in Outlook. but it is very easy with powerpoint. set up 12 slides, :00 min for the 1st; 05 min for the 2nd, :10 for the 3rd ... :55 for the last. set up each slide display for 5 min by using custom animation, that will give you a clock for an hour. if you want a min, you can set up 60 slides, :01 sec each.
