Weight Loss-- Best way?!?
I'm trying to lose about 10-15 lbs, but in a healthy way. What is the best way to achieve this???
I know to drink lots of water, exercise, and eat healthy.
Any other tricks of the trade?
Thanks in advance!

No those are about the only tricks that are the healthiest besides supplements. But supplements will only help a little bit - after all, they are called supplements for a reason.
Interval training is the best for running and burning fat. Try running very hard for 2 minutes, then run a lot slower for 2 minutes, and repeat that several times (Maybe about 12 minutes to start depending on ur fitness level). Basically keep on increasing ur speed and push yourself. It would be best to run on a track so you can see how much you ran from day to day. Try to beat your distance in each 2 minute fast run. Try to run at least 4 times a week also until you are ready to step it up.
Make sure you eat around 6 smaller meals everyday rather than just 3 defined meals. Drink around 64 ounces of water a day. Also, cut out the soda and junk food. Try to eat whole wheat/whole grain stuff and salad is also very good for you with a healthy dressing. The hardest part is staying motivated. Find ways to keep yourself motivated and you will start to shed the pounds

Well there are 3500 calories in a pound of fat. That means you need to cut out 500 a day to lose a healthy 1 pound a week. You could cut out 250 from your diet and burn the other 250 through daily activity and moderate exercise. You'd could even cut more calories and exercise more but losing more than 2 pounds a week is unhealthy and could slow your metabolism. Go to www.hungry-girl.com. That website has all kinds of tips and advice for losing weight. It has a ton of suggestion for healthy food swaps. Keep a food journal and see what foods you eat daily. This way you know what foods you can easily cut out or swap out with healthier choices.
