yea def.dont listen to everyone else saying its tacky and everything, i have been to lots of weddings where they have the bride and groom stand back to back holding one of their shoes and one of the others shoe. so they have a bride shoe and groom shoe. the dj then asks questions that were previously decided by someone about the couple.. an example i think would be "who wears the pants in the family" and then the bride and groom put up the shoe that they think answers the question. if the bride thinks the groom wears the pants she would hold up the grooms shoe. but since they cant see eachother it gets funny when they think they both run the show. you have to think of sum funny questions that they end up having oppposite answers. hope that helps! and congrats

Games at a wedding reception? That's kinda tacky. I agree with another poster; save that stuff for the shower.
Having a great DJ will be enough entertainment. People love to dance, especially when alcohol is involved. ;)

I agree with Brittany. Leave the games for the Shower. Very tacky.
You should have a great host such as the DJ or wedding planner to keep everything going and have a great selection of music.
Let the guests eat while you dance!

ummmm... honestly, and i am NOT trying to be mean... but I think that is tacky to do that at a wedding... I would leave the games for the Bridal Shower.
I would just stick to the traditional Flower and Garder Toss with really fun music.... and put some nice pictures together for a slide-show.
Congrats though! =)

You don't normally play games at a wedding. Isn't it bad enough that you have to play games at the shower? Have you considered that some of your guests might consider this torture?

One - not so tacky thing you could do is rent a large video screen and a projector - project your favorite black and white love story movie - bring some blankets - and rent a pop corn machine -- something fun to do - yet makes sense for an out door wedding. congrat's !!
