My son has dyslexia, I am interested in some input expecially in Louisiana as to what is out there?

as far as what they should be doing at school to help him. I am considering putting him in a private school which will require us to relocate.

Go online or go in person to your local school district to find out what services they can offer your child. If you are not satisfied with the response, check out other public schools nearby. Do you have an actual diagnosis from a Doctor? That would be a great help to you as you go to the public school administrators and argue that your son needs additional help. We are going through a similar process with our 4 year old daughter here in NYC and it requires a lot of patience and persistence. Good luck! D
