Wear a lacey cami underneath to add a little sex appeal to it but not too much and then add a nice pair of boots/pumps. Thats a hard combo to work with but your best bet is the cami, shoes, and maybe a few accessories such as jewelery. But you know what it comes down to??? How well you work it! you could wear a black zip up vest like the ones from north face over it if its not a cute sweatshirt. also if you wear fitting jeans it wont make you look shapeless
