Original Apple Store Receipt?

Would anyone have a copy of an original Apple Store receipt that they could provide? This is not the current one printed on the strip of white paper, but the original one - 8 1/2 x 11" on the watermark paper, folded and put in an envelope?

I would very much appreciate it. Thanks and Happy Holidays!

Update:

I am just wondering.. I am opening up my own retail store and know i can always get good advice from Apple. (I'm not trying to return a 1st generation, iPod... ;) )

a million. bypass to the folder the placement your iTunes music is stored (bypass to the "utility records" for that, below C:), 2. bypass to the folder the placement your LimeWire music is stored. while you're unsure, seek for the call of one of the songs, then bypass to it fairly is section. 3. Make a sparkling folder indoors the iTunes music library with the artist's call on it (eg: U2) 4. Make a folder with the album's call below the artist's call (eg: Vertigo) 5. Drag-and-Drop the music into there. Re-call it if mandatory. it fairly is that if this fails: 1a. detect the folder the placement your Limewire music is, making use of the academic from the aft-suggested step 2. 2a. Open iTunes 3a. Drag-and-drop the music into your Library. while you're making use of a diverse pc for the two iTunes and Limewire, make the folders (Step 3-5) in a memory key and later bypass those folders into the before-suggested iTunes Library. Then, sinc your iPod with iTunes. it fairly is the least complicated way.
