milk mustache recipe?

Mix three parts vanilla ice cream with one part whole milk in a blender until desired consistency is reached.

The Dairy Association uses vanilla yogurt.

on t.v. they use something to make it look so thick . other than that use the thickest milk you can find to make/have one whole milk works but like half&half will make it better or even heavy whipping cream
