Lol, I actually did something similar once.
had a late apt - like 6.30 - Dr was evidentaly bored after his day and as I walked in he rudely said "and what's wrong with you then? A cold, The flu?"
I (suffering badly from cyctitis) was pretty cheesed off so looked him in the eye and said "no actually - I'm p!issing blood, can you help with that or am I wasting your time?"
He spluttered an apology before hurridly giving me a script, knowing full well I have a disorder that makes this a regular occurance!
