Can sinus problems have an effect on a male sexual function.?

I am a 44 year old male from the states now living in in northern BC canada. My sinus always seem stuffed up. Over the counter pills as well as nose spray help with the nose . I think the pills though are effecting my sexual function. Is this possible?

    Sudafed constricts blood vessels in the extremeties. Pseudoephedrine definately interferes with sexually function. They give it to guys in the ER to get rid of prolonged erections.
