Last we saw was that Zuko was following Aang and the gang after the day of black sun attack. And he stood up to his dad the fire lord. And the Avatar gang left he Fire nation and was heading for the Western air temple.

avatarchapter.com mentioned that it would post the episode when it aired, and specifically mentioned the canadian release date a few days ago. So I am assuming you can watch it on avatarchapter.com today or tomorrow.
Obviously there is also avatar-watch.com.

well, they did say 10 weeks nonstop new episode and 10 weeks passed, so I'm guessing that another new episode is gonna be about 2-5 weeks away...
