    yes and no

Yes- Cause just like the 1st answerer said it does help your hand eye coordination, and makes your contact hitting better, and could help u raise your #'s up and keep yourself in shape

    &

No- Cause these days even high schoolers r sticking to just 1 sport as the only 1 to play cause more and more u do too much sports and other activities all year around more chances of pulling muscles during the season and other injuries from bein too fatigued hustlin and doin more and more active sports all year around, just like Bo Jackson when he tried both MLB and NFL, playin too much MLB is probably part reason his injury turned out to be career ending for football

but yeah tennis could help your all around hitting abilities as long as u play tennis by playing with 100% effort and not just for fun and bein lazy clowning around on the court for the heck of it

It may help improve hand and eye coordination, but that is about it.

It may hurt your sing because a tennis swing is much different from a baseball swing, so you may have to adjust to baseball once done with tennis.

A tennis racket is much light and has a larger surface area, so you will have to adjust to that to.

Altogether, I think tennis will ultimately damage baseball skills.

No. They are two totally different swings, a baseball swing is a lot more complex, the only way to get better is to practice actually swinging, you have to gain muscle memory. Breaking down the swing is a great way to improve your swing, and so is using a tee.

Yes. In that you must focus on where the ball is and not where it is going to be. You train your mind to "stay with the ball". It also conditions and improve hand eye cordination and balance (for fielding). Table tennis (Ping Pong) is a good hand eye game that builds quick reflexes of the hands and shoulders.
