Want PROOF of censorship in America? Look at Yahoo!?
Yahoo! blocks your answers if you included Ron Paul's website.
Somebody at the top DOESN"T want you to know about Ron Paul. Real silly of them. All a person has to do is search for Ron Paul.
What next, will Yahoo! , google and the rest of the mainstream internet companies act like China and monitor the web for forbidden thoughts?
What are they afraid of? The truth?
Geoff, YOU are a tool of the corporate censors. Can you explain why Ron is a nut job? I doubt it, you've just been brainwashed to THINK he is a nut job, you just can't explain why.

That is not xensorship as Yahoo is a private not goverment company.
Each company had the right to include or ban anything they wish. The censorship comes when the goverment bans or requires the namming of material.
In your way of thinking disney websites would have no say in people posting porn like in their blogs.
Each company has the right to pick and choose what they will allow. Does yahoo go overboard on some yes but it is their site
By the way Paul is a nut job
Addition: Yes I can explain. He thinks becuase he says something it can happen. He hits key points that he knows will get people's emotions yet has no real way to produce reality to what he says. Much like hilary with her healthcare that will cover every person in america for 110 billion or what every the figure she states is. They cant run the VA healthcare program for that or the medicade program for that yet she thinks somehow they can run the a program that will include over 300 milion people for that?
I am not for censorship, but when it comes to a private site or business they have the right to allow what ever they want to on it as it is their site or business. A christian radio station has the right to not alow ads for pornagraphic material on their station, becuase it doesnt fit their format. Now if ABC or NBC was to not allow Paul's Ads on their programs commercial time it would be different as there are laws that say they must unless a part of the ad goes against company policy but they must hold that rule across the board with all of the canidates.
Goverment and Goverment subsidised programs shoul not censor content unless it is inapropriate material such as porn or things like that where kids could be watching.
I fought and was wounded to protect freedom and freedom of speech. I actually know the cost of it. But I also fought for the freedom of each person and that includes yahoo Answers. If they want to ban something it is their choice. I have had things of mine removed on here but guess what that is life and thier choice.
I feel that Paul is a tool becuase he is wasting money (millions) knowing he is not going to even come close to getting the nomination let alone elected. He has the right to do so but just becuase you have the right to do something doesnt mean you should.
If he was so great his numbers would be up and he would be a front runner instead of just a byline in most stories.
ADDITION: Plus most questions that get removed on here get removed becuase of someone reporting the question as a violation of community guidlines and if it happens 2 times then they just remove it. They probably get a thousand or so reports a day and dont go over each and every one of them to make sure they are a violation. So you actual beef probably isnt with YA it is with stupid people reporting things that are not violations but a question that opposes their veiw.
I posted a question during the world series when the red sox were so far ahead that was "Do you hear the fat lady singing yet" It was removed becuase some fat girl found offense in the reference??? It happens
And I like the way your only response to anyone who disagrees with your position is to call them brainwashed. Face it the guy is a loser and will not get more that 5% of the overall vote and if he was o great he would do better than that.
He thinks that the US should just sit at home and never get involved in any other countries affairs. He must not have studied history like the time period around ww2. Had we stepped in earlier there would not have been half the problem there was when we did.

"This whole fiasco underscores the reality that the President of the United States is not elected by the popular will of the people, but instead is selected from a highly restricted gaggle of pre-approved establishment lackeys" - Alex Jones.
Yahoo is owned by these individuals, and will not allow a President for the people into the Whitehouse. They also are afraid of the truth, and this is paralleled with their capacity to not allow the American people their choice in candidate. It's a proven fact that all votes on Ron Paul are by single IP address, and therefore their argument that there were multiple votes is null and void. Yahoo - you're a *****! And, you will always be one! Maybe, that's why you're not so popular any longer, and I hope your whole company crashes into oblivion!

I did this earlier today answering questions about ron paul and i could not post answers with his website in the source box. However when taken out of the source it went right up. It doesnt do this for any others website like guliani or romney.
Try as they might this freedom message is a blaze and there is no suppressing it. His supporters raised over 6 million in 24 hrs. A record in US history. He is for real cause freedom and liberty still matter to a majority of Americans.

Honestly, you'd be better off throwing your television out and not exposing your young daughter to any of it if you're really concerned about her well-being. I hate when I'm watching a baseball game with my 6 year old son (who loves baseball) and I have to turn the TV off when the commercials come on because they're advertising ultimate fighting, beer, and showing previews of sexually explicit shows. Nothing feeds more garbage into our kids' heads than television. Not sure it's Biblically based though. The Bible is pretty explicit in places (it's about real life) and is not all appropriate for children either.

Well it goes both ways. I said something negative about Ron Paul and my answer got deleted.
My answer did not violate the "community guideline."

I got suspended in the past for asking/answering too many Ron Paul questions--because they didn't give me any reason or explaination for doing this (even though I asked for one) and my sudden suspension coincided with those last couple q's and a's.
Edit: You might want to wait until your question is posted and then include the web page, I do that sometimes. But sometimes they even censor your link so that it will say "page not found"--you can get around that too by putting an extra few letters before the link so that it wont be recognized by the filter.

Yes Yahoo will monitor the Web for forbidden thoughts.

Censorship, ain't it beautiful?
And for all of the English language experts, censorship can be done by anyone, not just the media. Grab a dictionary, before telling us what censorship is.

Well Ron Paul is not my first Choice( i like Romney at the moment),He seems to weak for me,but putting our differences aside, they probably shanked you because under the guidlines your not supposed to put links on here, and the leftist trolls probably have ganged up on you and your questions. Each question with so many reported hits on it brings the question down.If R.P. gets the nomination, then yes I'll probably vote for him,but I really dont think he will.
Source(s): p.s. remember, the Yahoo building is just north of San Jose and south of San Francisco off the 101 fwy.You know, the left coast.
