Adult bedwetting?

My eldest dd wet the bed last night. She's a bit embarassed as well as scared. She hasn't wet the bed in years -- and didn't even much as a child. Thoughts?

Thanks!

ps-- don't necessarily want huge horror stories as I worry enough but just advice/experiences from anyone who's gone through this, etc.

She probably just had a lot to drink before bed and couldn't wake herself up to go. Don't get worried, since it's just a one- time thing.

My sister is 28 and she has had that happen. She said she sleeps so hard and she feels like she has to go and she dreams that she actualy get up to go to the bathroom but later realized she didnt.

there a pill from the dr she takes that dosent let her sleep so hard. you should talk to the dr about it and they might be able to help her like they did with my sister.
