Hair Dyed at the tips?
I want to dye the very back of my hair at the tips (not just the ends) platinum blonde (or close to it) I want it to be very bold and out there, I have very curly/wavy hair and it is naturally dark brown

I have dark hair also, you'll have to bleach your hair to get a blonde-ish color. I suggest getting it done by a professional, it does less damage than a home kit.
