Wedding Photographes not giving us our pictures or video?

Our Wedding was 3 months ago and we cannot get in touch with our photographers. I've tried calling and emailing several times. Does anyone have any ideas as to what I should do next? If you are located in Minnesota and need a photographer--Do not use Engraved In Time Photography!!!

They seem to have an actual address. Besides the BBB as mentioned above, maybe try going down to their office and speak with them personally. If all else fails you may need to seek legal advice. Good Luck!

Does the Knot have a local chat board for your area? Perhaps there are some of their other couples on there.

Honestly 3 months doesn't sound like a long time to me depending on how booked they are and if they do their photoshopping in house or send it out.

Now the no contact thing that would piss me off.

If multiple time has long previous via and you nonetheless have not heard from this woman, i think of you do have a case. it would be dealt with in small claims in view that i'm advantageous it does not exceed an extremely super sum of money into numerous thousands. i might have my criminal expert or a skill criminal expert deliver her a letter asking for for the photographs and pointing out the infinite tries you have made to get in touch along with her, and that criminal action would be taken if she does not respond. If something, you additionally can injury her recognition in a criminal way via informing people who she is a fraud who does not stick to by on her end of issues. Edit: have you ever tried a private touch along with her? that would desire to be a appropriate thank you to seize her for an answer. additionally, you have suffered financial injury in case you paid her for her facilities. somebody else is nice nonetheless in asserting which you won't be able to sue in case you probably did no longer pay. it would purely be an unlucky element. i might maximum truthfully try a private touch, nonetheless.

I hope you have a copy of the contract you signed (and that you signed a contract!). I would suggest sending them one more email or letter advsing them that if you do not hear from them or recieve your proofs/pictures that they will be hearing from your attorney. Then invest in a lawyer, if you get your pictures back and keep them from doing this to anyone else it will be worth it.

The Better Business Bureau will only do any good if they are members of the BBB, otherwise they won't do anything.

    Good luck!

Do you have an address on them? Send them a demand letter stating that you want your pics and video or else you will have no choice but to sue them. It may sound harsh, but it sounds like you may end having to do that. I don't know how much you paid or what the limit is for small claims court in Minn. but you might want to look into it. Good Luck.

I would call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General in your state. Once they know you mean business, I suspect they'll turn over the pictures and video.

i hope !!!!!! you know where they live. you and your husband and your parents and whoever else you can find go to their home and do not !!!!!! leave without your proofs. period. dont play around or listen to a single excuse. if you are lucky your proofs are in a box in their house, if you are not lucky they are gone. take every single piece of paper and the log of all calls, emaials ect. my sister in law is a wedding photographer and she works very hard to get proofs and keep in touch with her clients. no real reputable person would just ignore you. do what i said, and do it without delay.
