Question about exercise bike..?

What is better for me?

8k in 20 mins every day

12k in 30 mins every other day

The 8k I can do easily everyday, but if I do the 12k then my muscles need a rest the next day.

Im trying to lose weight, what would be better for me?

The speed and heart rate are the same, its just the distance and time that are different.

    Because it is pushing your body to its limits, the fact your body is tired, is a good thing, because it shows your working them.
