Has anyone in Indiana had trouble getting a fair settlement from Hanover Insurance Company. Rearended, totaled

and the other driver was ticketed.

    Really not enough information to give you any kind of a definitive answer. If they are offering fair market value for your car, that's all they are obligated to do. With more detail, perhaps you can get a more detailed answer.

    The ticket doens't matter. Hanover is not going to pay out more than the value of your car, and they ALSO aren't going to pay out more than the policy limit.

    If this guy was underinsured, you have to go after him for the difference. If you were overfinanced, it's YOUR problem, for not putting down 20% when you bought the car.
