Sorry Anthony M to be able to help in someway we need a bit more information, we all get those messages at some point when using the computer so unless we know what has happened we cant help you. can you post another message with more info please. This is quite easy. YOU, Anthony, are the administrator. If the message asked you to contact your ISP provider that would be the company that supplies your internet connection and if it asked you to contact your manufacturer that would be Acer. Hope that clears things up a bit. Oh, and merry christmas.

You need to provide more details from the error message and say what you were doing at the time. If you had just installed something uninstall it if you get the error report again.
