has anyone ever heard of a re-issue lease payment?
i bounced 1 check and my landlord wants to charge me the amount , the late fee, bounced check fee, and a re-issue of lease fee and if u heard of it how does it work does it mean my lease is null and void and a new one needs drawn up i am asking because my landlord has had a sheriff sale sign on my place and i have had a note from his ex sayin they are 3 months behind the mortage all this and i just movved in here in july plus things he said he would fix has not happened and if i need a new lease i want this in there

You have to reissue the lease payment check and the late fee check right away or you could be asked to leave by the judge in court. If you have a rent-to-own agreement it is not a mortgage and you have no rights if you are late in the payments.
