All women have SOME kind of scent, and I'm sure each smell is different, depending on the woman. If you want to remedy the situation without hurting her feelings, you could always try a little foreplay in the shower!

Also, I don't know if your girlfriend knows this or not, but she shouldn't sleep with underwear on because she needs to let herself "breathe" down there. Underwear can actually trap and worsen bacteria (and thus, worsen the smell). During the day, cotton-underwear is the most breath-able fabric.

Perhaps you can buy her some cute or sexy (cotton) underwear and give it to her as a gift. Ask her to wear it to show off for you!

Women are usually somewhat ashamed of their vaginas, anyway. Please don't tell her this out right and hurt her feelings! She may never feel secure with sex or with you ever again!

You could share a news article with her about the bacteria, though. Or say you heard that from a friend, and ask her if it's true or not. Or something! Be sneaky!

Yes, probably does have something going on. It sounds like it is more than just a mere yeast infection but nothing so bad that some antibiotics can't cure. Trust me, I am sure she can smell it. I have been there, and I remember even being able to smell it with my clothes on and being self conscious that other people around me could smell it too. Don't let her go too long without going to the doctor, trust me. I regret not going sooner when I had that problem b/c just a few days of medicine cured so much agony. Maybe it is best that you just discreetly bring it to her attention that something smells down there like if you are intimate say something like "hey do you smell something weird" or something to that effect. Maybe she will get a hint.

Ouch...this is a tough one. I know for sure that there are times during the women's cycle that hormonally that area will have an odor even if she's had a shower. During a girl's period, she may have to take extra showers to maintain good hygiene.

I don't think you should directly say to her YOU STINK, but maybe you can make up a fake person and story about someone you heard of who had a body odor problem. Maybe it will trigger thoughts and she'll say to herself "I don't want to be like that person!"

The vagina is self cleaning. All vaginas have an odor. If she gets yeast infections then it can become "smelly."

take her to a yoga class. when she starts doing all the stretching and bending hopefully she'll catch a nose full of her scent.

Or, pay someone to tell her for you, no one at your school though, no matter how much you pay them word will get out.

Or you could buy her some new underwear for christmas.

tell her you like a bald eagle, if she shaves and the smell goes away than it was the hair trapping the dirt that made her smell.

she could just be a sweater, some girls sweat more than others.

and finally, take it as a compliment, maybe you turn her on when she sees you and the juices get going.

how is she clean if she smells just tell her or try to incorporate somehow using baby wipes or femine wipes into a conversation. the vagina is self cleaning but maybe are you having sex right after her period or when she hasn't showered or she may have an infection she should see a doctor
