Im looking for the real breakfast that most busy people in Mexico eat. For example, if someone asked what is breakfast like in the U.S most would say eggs, bacon, grits, and etc but most people in the U.S don't have time to make the traditional breakfast let alone sit down to eat. So for the most part people in U.S grab a bagel and Starbucks and hit the road.

What do busy people in Mexico eat for breakfast. Sorry if this is confusing.

What workouts should I be doing before I attempt to learn how to surf. Im going to start going to the gym tomorrow and doing cardio a few times a week and training with weights but are there any specific exercises that surfers do to stay in shape or should that be enough?

What muscles should I be focusing on or should I stick to weights/cardio and then let the ocean get the rest of me in shape?

I know there is no right age to stop feeding directly from the breast. I've heard of mothers never breast feeding and a woman in England who breast fed her daughter until she was 8.

If i ever had kids I would like to think I would stop around 2.5 - yrs. Is that a proper age or does it depend on the child?

Are they're any vegetarian, vegan, and/or strict diet parents that have to deal with family and friends who are constantly saying feed the kid "real" food.

Some of the family even go as far as to feed them the "good" food when your not there. I've seen this scenario on TV and in real life. My spanish teacher has a strict no pork policy and her mom let the baby eat a slice of ham and used the argument "one little piece won't hurt".

Are you going through something like this or have you been through something like this?

Im only asking because my parents did not and I was thinking about this if I had any children. They would give my brothers and I money for doing extra (raking leaves, cleaning baseboards, and etc) but anything other than that was a requirement.
