Yes, thats what I was thinking. And Nevada lost to New Mexico and Nevada almost beat Hawaii. Now I am expecting UGA to smoke Hawaii.

No that doesnt mean the WAC sucks. Dont forget that Hawaii is still in the Sugar Bowl and " IF " they win that game then we all forget about Boise State losing. I have a good theory of why they lost though. Only 4% picked that ECU to win the game (and most were ECU fans). Obviously Boise State under-estimated ECU and because of that they dont get the bowl win.

look at the top team in the WAC, Hawaii. They did not play any worthy opponent this whole year. Boise State? maybe one. But match them up against any other team (USC, LSU, Georgia, Michigan, Florida, a healthy Oregon, and even Cal) and you'll have yourself a very one sided game. if the top of the bunch can't get the business done, then the rest is pretty much crap.

For a lower tier conference they are decent. The WAC had 4 bowl eligible teams which is pretty good.
