Ive wondered about these for years.. has anyone any experience of them??
I have a rather tubby belly after my pregnancy, would love to do sit ups etc but have sciatica and am also a bit nervous of pulling those muscles about as the doctors made quite a mess of my caesarean and told me my stomach wouldnt be as strong now.

they all do the same thing, I found mine to have made a bit of difference but had to stop using it as I'm pregnant again! Destined to have baby belly lol. I paid £50 from Argos I think it was. Good luck x
