What flex composite stick should I use?

As a forward who uses a wrist shot and one timers and rarely uses a slap shot, should I use a stiff flex or medium flex composite stick?

Update:

I'm 6' 2" and weigh 161 lbs.

Well, depends on your weight and strength. but based on your description, I would say a lower flex would be better. When in doubt though, go with the 85 flex, it's the most versatile, gives you a quick release and some flexing power.

Stiff is for players who use a lot of slapshots. that's a 100 flex in composite terms, 85 is for the normal forward who wants a quick release, and 75 is for players who like a ton of flex in their sticks for wrist shots and such.

But also keep in mind that the lighter the flex, the more prone the stick is to breaking.

    I would go with 85.

With 1 timers you prolly want 100 flex cause its hard to controll a 1 timer with a stick with to much flex

and 100 flex is regular 110 is a stiff

I'd say a regular flex. Can't go wrong. Flex isn't as important as the blade in my opinion.
