Why is my internet connection weird?
My Internet is really awkward. While I’m surfing the internet I randomly cannot connect to the internet. It’s weird because Windows Live Messenger, Ventrillo and, BitTorrent is connected to the internet. However, if I sign out of MSN or Ventrillo I won’t be able to reconnect. This always randomly occurs to me, and then also randomly works again.
By the way I have Vista running my computer.

when it starts to act wierd, try rebooting it.
my internet connection does the same thing, so I restart and then I can surf for awhile longer

It's very possible that it is a conflict with your torrent client. Sometimes, torrent clients (I always had trouble with BitComet) conflict with other programs that use the internet. My solution was to remove the torrent client and not use it. Just don't use the torrent client and see what happens.

Vista has a lot of bugs to work out. Just make sure you keep up with all your windows updates.

try to reset your router/modem (pull it out and/or turn it off and wait 3 minutes) then try If the issue nevertheless persists, your extra suited of having a IT professional to envision it for you
