I have Leopard installed in my Mac, this never happened before till I got my 1TB La Cie Hard Drive. I checked System profiler and their both on the USB tab but they do not show up on the Disk Utility. I think there is something wrong with my operating system so i need to do a fresh intall, but i can't get any of my hard drives to mount

Yeah right now I'm on my friend's computer. I've just realized I don't have the back up CD that windows should have given me. So now I'm in a situation where I have the CD key that comes on the PC and, no CD.

Is there any way I can order this CD without paying Microsoft $50.00

Hey I have a 40GB Playstation 3, I play online games like Warhawk. However, it's a bit choppy of play, I believe it's because of my internet speed which is (Download: 244kb/s and, 239kb/s). I wonder is this bad?

My parents have been starting to get abuse by my little brother for a while now. My Mom gets the worst of it she gets verbally abused, physically abused and, financially abused. My Mother is such a good person I don't know why my little brother is using her like this. Also my Dad used to be the enforcer of the house now my brother doesn't even care cause he knows all we do would yell at him and, tell him to go to his room. Now I'm the big enforcer, he's starting to be able to control me through my parents since he gained control over them. What on earth should I do? Hitting is not a solution and, my mother is starting to actually turn mad. I am serious I'm 19 and this is happening to us and, my brother is only 10; just imagine when he turns 15.

Where should I go to? Is there a way to disclaim a child legally? I know this may sound funny to you but we really need help in this household, we can't stand it anymore my mother has already been in the hospital twice for attempted suicide.

I have recently baught a new Microsoft Mouse "IntelliMouse 4.0 Explorer. With Vista as a operating system in my computer. I don't know why but when I scroll Itunes doesn't pickup the scroll movement properly; it still works but I have to spin my wheel in order to do that. However, for all of my other programs it works perfectly fine.

Could it be that Itunes doesn't recognize the "Smooth scrolling" on my mouse.

I will be very thank full if anyone can help me out

Ok, here's the deal:

I have the Ubuntu Linux as a CD I'm am able to run it as a test. However, I have a slave hardrive installed in my computer. I want Linux to install there but it doesn't show up in the installation. It only shows the Master Drive.

I don't want to partition my main drive again.

My Internet is really awkward. While I’m surfing the internet I randomly cannot connect to the internet. It’s weird because Windows Live Messenger, Ventrillo and, BitTorrent is connected to the internet. However, if I sign out of MSN or Ventrillo I won’t be able to reconnect. This always randomly occurs to me, and then also randomly works again.

By the way I have Vista running my computer.

When ever I try to launch it gives me an error messege saying "Microsoft XML 4.0 is required. Msxml file is not correctly installed and a file is missing"

Yeah I was just wondering if I can do that with that same CD. Would it make the CD not genuine. Because I heard that the operating system will block you from using the computer.
