Have you ever been to Thailand?

yes ive been to Thailand, probably have aquired more entry and exit stamps in my passport then anybody else who answers questions here (with all due respect to the well informed residents Ice and Peanut)

what cities have i been to? oh lordy, Bangkok, Thonburi, Korat, Nakhon Pathom, Ayutthaya, Chon Buri, Samut Prakan, Sara Buri, Kanchanaburi, Rat Buri, Phet Buri, Cha Am, Hua Hin, Non Sung, Phi Mai, Buriram, Surin, Pak Thong Chai, Pak Chong, Rayong, Chanthaburi, Aranyaprathet, Kabin Buri, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani, Nong Khai, Ubon Rathathani, Loei, Chiang Khan, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Mae Sai, Lampang, Mae Hong Son, Nam Mae Pai, Phuket, Ban Tha Nun, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Surat Thani ....... and about 200 towns that are too small to even bother listing.

what do i like the most? thats easy, the people and the culture. oh, and the food .... of course.

what did i like the least, thats easy as well ..... tourists who dont respect Thai culture.

i dont know any stupid jokes, i dont bother remembering them unless they are good, but dont know any good jokes about Bangkok .... sorry i cant help you out there.

Yeah I went in 1999 (pre Tsunami) and loved it. Went for 2 weeks. Had an overnight stop over in Bangkok, didn't see much but from what I saw I thought it was a little dirty. Went on to Patong Beach and did day trips to various areas around there. I thought the Thai people were really lovely people, the Indian's were rude. I also loved the Thai food. I liked everything about Thailand.

Hi, I have been to Thailand and been to a number of cities already. They are in the south, north, northeast and central Thailand.

I have enjoyed the varied scenery in different provinces, from the beach to forest to the highlands. From city to the countryside.

I love the warmth and hospitality of the people I meet along the way, the locals are so very friendly all the time.

And my only thing is that I do not speak Thai fluently enough to carry a good conversation with them. But I am still learning.

Been to Chaing Mai, Bangkok, Bang Sean, Chonburi, That Phanom. Most Thai people are very nice but some charge Thai price and Farang price. They should charge one price as a farang I would give the a little extra.

I am retired here and live in Central Thailand - you should tailor your trip to your interests.. the binding factor whether you go to the beach or the mtns is the uniqueness of the people, the smiles, the sense of humor.. Come and enjoy..

go to bangkok,much to see,pattaya ok if you need bars and ladies.....buit for real thailand resort try cha am.....mainly thai quiet good beaches..not far from hua hin....2 hours from bk...is you want the islands travel from bk by air,some good deals to be had,,,the people are what make thialand ,,from the rich to the poor,,,they are what l call a good nation.....the least.traffic in bk......the kwui trip excellent

Yeah! I've been to Thailand once on this tour that took me through Thailand to Laos to Vietnam (I'm Vietnamese). I don't remember the names of the city but we visited this huge kingdom in the middle of the city. When you go it the buildings are massive and very decorative. IT was very hot there too. Which didn't help cuz in order to go in the kindom to look around you (if you were a girl) you had to wear shoes with backing ?? and long pants X_X Everything else was fine tho... food was good

Visited bangkok, and pattaya. Pattaya is a beach resort like. Many interesting places to see. bangkok, the safari world is very interesting. dream world is also a nice pl to visit. For shopping its mainly bangkok.

I like to take pictures and I took the pictures in Khao Yai, Nakhon Ratchasima.
