Do they have some toys in their cage they can chew on? They would like things with bells that make noise and toys with balsa wood or woven palm that they can chew up and destroy.
Chalk isn't a healthy thing for birds to chew on. Cuttlebone comes from a species of squid called the cuttlefish. It undergoes chemical processing to clean it, but can still harbour a lot of bacterial growth. I would recommend a mineral block, like "Manu."
They would also love some wet greens (kale, chard, romaine lettuce) to play in and chew on.

I hope this helps.
Make sure their food is inside the cage. They also pick out their old feathers with their beaks, and they might want to sharpen their beaks. If this could be the case, leave a hanging toy with a small rope so they can gnaw on that.Or they might simply want to get out of their cage for a while. But if your birds actually live out side it's best to just leve them their toys.
If you have them inside, grab them with a soft yet strong glove or hand towel and sit them on top of their cage in your living room or in your own room.Good luck!

Do they have a cuddle bone in their cage because if not then you might want to get one for them because that helps them with trimming down their beaks and if they don't have one then chances are they will start to bite on the cage.
