Don't bother, we'll help u!
Let start frm first check "Open ur CPU cabinate and plug out both RAM modules. Now check for a number which looks like "PCxxxx" eg. PC3200, PC2100. Its the memory speed number 3200 means 3200/8 = 400Mhz. If u want a full optimization from memory its hightly recommended to use same speed memory means both module should 've same number ok?
If anyone of them is lower, then complete memory system will run at lower memory's speed not higher one's by checking PCxxxx number.
Second thing if 've upgraded with single module eg frm 256 to 512. make sure its the same fast as previous one.
Third Create some Page file on ur system, it'll surely boost system speed.
Right click on my computer >> Properties>>Advanced Tab>> Under Performance>> click Settings>>Under Advance Tab >> click Change here select a drive which has much free space at least 4GB or more. select it and then click on radio button named "System Managed Size" then click on Set Button>> Ok >> Ok restart system.
[optional>>do it for other drives also except C:/ or OS Drive]
Fourth Crtl + Alt + Del >> taskmanager>> here check for application using abnormal memory. Try to kill and change it settings to run only when u in need. u can do it by going into that application's preferences or option menu.
Fifth is Reinstall ur OS as fresh copy.. no update. and Download latest drivers for it. 'coz ur system now wants waste out, :) i know u've cleaned but the cleaner never touches old version of drivers, their regt values, dlls, memory dumps etc etc. :)
If it not helps we r here :) i've more ways to speed up.
Gud bye n
Have a nice Year! :)

I'd check to see if you have any superfluous stuff loading upon startup. Then I'd see what browser add-ons I have and get rid of them. Lastly, or maybe first, I'd look at the Task Manager>Processes and see what's taking up processor time. Do this by double-clicking CPU. Finally, review all your Windows settings to make sure they are efficient for your needs. For ex, you may have display set to 250 million colors and that may slow your computer down.

It could be also your processor lagging behind. The thing you should check is not to have too many unnecessary back round programs running also.
