Need help on an old Japanese film.............?
I need help In naming a Japanese film. This film was about
a young man and woman who worked as farmers. The
work was very hard, and very boring. The young couple
would marry, and later on have a child. Having the child
made the couple very happy, and life was much better.
But later on, the child became sick, and then died. After
the child's funeral, the couple went back to their hard and
boring life. At the end of the film, the wife was doing
some work. As she was working, she started crying.
Sorry for the lack of details, but I saw this film when I was
a teenager more than 20 years ago. I don't even remember
If the child was a boy or a girl. It's a black and white film.
Does anybody know?

Yasujiro Ozu was a Japanese director that did a lot of movies about family relationships. His movies are listed on IMDB.com.
