How do you recover completely from Achilles heels' issues?
I was developing a pretty small case of Achilles Heels before the holiday after working out (typically cardio on treadmills). I did the normal course of RICE (rest, ice, compression, elevation) for two days then stopped working out over the holidays.
The pain is gone, but the joint is extremely tight. I worry that working out (even lightly) may recreate the Achilles Heel issue. Do you have any reccomendation to overcome it?

I use to be a 10K racer.
1)Switch shoes
2) massage it daily
3) stretch it out often
4) do calf raises to strengthen it
5) Start walking at a slow pace for a week or two before you run.
