Book on health benefits of drinking plenty of water?

I have been told that there is a book out on the above subject, which also details the detriments of not drinking enough water. I believe it was published a couple of years ago. 10 points to first person giving me enough information to enable me to find the book.

I found "The Seven Pillars of Health" by Don Colbert, MD to have very good information on the benefits of water. It even details the best bottled water to use.

You can get it from Amazon or Overstock.com.
