Book on health benefits of drinking plenty of water?
I have been told that there is a book out on the above subject, which also details the detriments of not drinking enough water. I believe it was published a couple of years ago. 10 points to first person giving me enough information to enable me to find the book.

I found "The Seven Pillars of Health" by Don Colbert, MD to have very good information on the benefits of water. It even details the best bottled water to use.
