how do illegal aliens get medicaid?

I know for a fact that they have fake/stolen ID complete with SS#'s. HOW DO THEY GET THE ID should be the next question and why doesn't social services require cross reference? How about DNA? OOPS that'd be an invasion of privacy!

They can get Medicaid for their US born offspring and if their kids qualify under their income they can get foodstamps, WIC and sometimes Cash Assistance. They themselves can not, but depending on the kids, they can get some good benefits. Not that I approve. I think loopholes should be fixed on that issue and the whole family should qualify or not get anything at all. JMHO

I am convinced that when they sneak across the border there is someone on the other side handing them welfare applications or when they are born, they come out with a welfare application in their hand. Trendyje is correct. Illegal immigrants do NOT get regular Medicaid. What they do get is called "emergency only" Medicaid which can only be used for- betcha can't guess what's coming next- emergencies only.

I do not know that they do. However, they do get free medical care simply by going to the emergency room and having their cough, colds, etc. taken care of. Also, birthing, etc.
