How to use LifeWise Heart Rate Monitor.?
I just got a LifeWise heart rate monitor and I have no idea how to use it. I can't figure out how to set it, or how to get it to show the heart rate when I have the chest band on. Anyone have any help?

There is a help line on the instructions call them for trouble shooting
